How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped from the UK by Royal Mail, once ready for dispatch.
All A4 and A3 artwork is shipped in a clear cellophane sleeve, backed by card in a stiff protected cardboard envelope.
All A2 and A1 artwork come rolled in acid-free tissue paper, packed into cardboard postal, poster tubes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are shipping internationally. Due to Covid 19 restrictions still in place, there may be certain countries that we are not be able to ship too, or delivery times may be longer than stated. We will be constantly monitoring and updating this process as we grow and as certain restrictions are lifted. Please get in contact if you have any issues with delivery to your country and we will get back to you ASAP.
Will I have to pay customs and import taxes on my purchase?
IMPORTANT NOTE to all our EU, International customers. When an item is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and or sometimes the courier/mail handling fees by the destination country.These fees can vary from country and to country and it is difficult for our small business to calculate or collect these fees or taxes. You, the customer will be held responsible for payment of any local taxes or import duties that may be required for customs to release your goods to you. Eimear Nicholls is not responsible for any of these additional charges. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All ORIGINAL artwork is stocked, dispatched and posted the next working day Tracked & Signed by Royal Mail.
UK - allow 2-3 working days.
Europe - allow 3-5 working days.
R.O.W - allow 5-7 working days.
All our Fine Art Giclée prints are printed on demand with our printers in the UK. The average dispatch time for this process is 4-6 working days. Once back from our printers, they are inspected for any damage, signed and ready for posting that same day. Below is the total time you can expect to wait for your delivery from receipt of order.
UK - allow 7-10 working days.
Europe - allow 8-12 working days.
R.O.W - allow 10-14 working days.
During busy festive periods, bank holidays and national holidays please allow for slightly longer delivery times.
Is Eimear available for commissioned paintings, collaborations, or commercial licensing?

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes. Your purchase can be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the exact condition you received them and in its original packaging, where possible. Unfortunately we don’t offer/refund shipping charges on any items you wish to return or exchange. However if an item is deemed faulty, due to an error, we recommend you get in contact as soon as possible, by sending us an email at info@eimearnicholls.com and we will get back to you on this matter.
How do I go about returning my order?
To return an item, please send an email to info@eimearnicholls.com with your name, invoice number and reason for returning the item. Once we have been in touch, please wrap the artwork securely back in it’s original packaging. It MUST be sent back by Tracked & Signed post. Please retain this receipt, proof of postage. It may be refunded to your account if an item is deemed faulty. Once received and approved, we will refund the artwork amount back into your account that same day.
